Dr. Roger B. Tipton
Founder and Managing Director
Dr. Tipton founded Better Hill Holdings and leads its investment strategy. He brings more than 25 years of industry experience, from the manufacturing floor to the chief executive’s office, along with deep expertise in product development, entrepreneurship, and materials science. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical, Biological, and Materials Engineering, serves as a Research Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering, and chairs the board of the Sustainable Seas Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to clean water research.

Henry Tipton
Economics and Finance
Henry is an economist currently at the University of South Florida. He leads investment analysis and financial modeling for the firm, evaluating each opportunity against Better Hill’s long-term objectives. As a member of the family’s next generation, Henry will help guide the firm into its future.

Jack Tipton
Analyst
Jack brings a passion for science and engineering to the firm’s research on emerging technology companies, with a focus on using technology to sharpen financial insight. As a member of the family’s next generation, Jack is building the experience to help lead Better Hill Holdings in the years ahead.
